Repairs:
- For all repair concerns, contact support via mail with the order number and mention the issue regarding the item.
- Provide a picture of the item needing fixing during the email thread.
- Repair costs range from $5 to $30.
- The purchaser is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
- In person events may offer drop-off or pick-up options for repairs.
Lost Items:
- Lost items are unfortunately not replaced by Kono & Co.
- Without a physical item, the option for a replacement or fix is not available. Sorry for the inconvenience.
