  • For all repair concerns, contact support via mail with the order number and mention the issue regarding the item.
  • Provide a picture of the item needing fixing during the email thread.
  • Repair costs range from $5 to $30.
  • The purchaser is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
  •  In person events may offer drop-off or pick-up options for repairs.

Lost Items:

  • Lost items are unfortunately not replaced by Kono & Co.
  • Without a physical item, the option for a replacement or fix is not available. Sorry for the inconvenience.
