 Welcome to the Kono & Co. Return and Refund Policy Page! 

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. In agreement with these terms, you are making a purchase from our website.

Return Policy 

Eligibility:

  • Kono & Co. does not accept returns unless the wrong product has been shipped to you. We do offer exchanges for unused, unworn, original packaged items. 
  •  Returns must be initiated within seven days from the date of delivery.
  • All the orders that get damaged in transit and fail to reach in the original packaging for return and exchange. Such requests will not be accepted. 

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • All used items, not in the original packaging and exceeding the returning timeline, will not be accepted for return request. 
  • All custom orders & earrings will not be accepted due to sanitary reasons.

  Refund/Exchange Policy 

  • Refund Process: We currently offer no refund for any order, but we do exchanges. 
  • In the case of a return, the customer will be liable for paying the shipping fee. Upon receiving your item, don't hesitate to get in touch with Kono & Co. within seven days to arrange the return shipping.
  • Exchange Process: If you are not 100% satisfied with your piece and would like to exchange the size/style, we are more than happy to do that for you! 
  • In the case of an exchange, the customer will be liable for paying the shipping fee to ship the item back to Kono & Co. After receiving the package, Kono & Co. will then be liable for the shipping fee to ship the item back to you! Please reach out to: christina@konoandco.com to start your exchanging process. 
  • In the case of a double exchange (if the original exchange did not work out, and the customer would like to exchange a second time), the customer will be liable for the shipping fee ROUND trip.
