This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. In agreement with these terms, you are making a purchase from our website.
- Kono & Co. does not accept returns unless the wrong product has been shipped to you. We do offer exchanges for unused, unworn, original packaged items.
- Returns must be initiated within seven days from the date of delivery.
- All the orders that get damaged in transit and fail to reach in the original packaging for return and exchange. Such requests will not be accepted.
- All used items, not in the original packaging and exceeding the returning timeline, will not be accepted for return request.
- All custom orders & earrings will not be accepted due to sanitary reasons.

- Refund Process: We currently offer no refund for any order, but we do exchanges.
- In the case of a return, the customer will be liable for paying the shipping fee. Upon receiving your item, don't hesitate to get in touch with Kono & Co. within seven days to arrange the return shipping.
